I am delighted to recommend Northside Homecare.  Northside Homecare took care of my mother who had early stages dementia which eventually progressed to a stage where she needed full time care and required that she be moved into a full time facility.  The level of care provided by Northside Homecare was excellent; they provide an efficient and very personal service.  My mother was not a very social person but she developed a lovely relationship with the carers especially the supervisor in charge of the area.

This lady was highly efficient dealing with the day to day requirements and also the unexpected which is part of dealing with dementia. She managed her staff so efficiently that never was anything missed and the level of care was always consistent. My mother really enjoyed the experience.

I am pleased to say that working with Northside Homecare was a pleasure.

Marie, Client’s daughter

We are the family of Phil who has Multiple Sclerosis and is wheelchair bound.
We can’t say enough about the service provided to our mother by all the carers and staff at Northside Homecare Services. They have looked after mam for all her personal care for more than 21 years as they cared for our grandfather before mam.
The carers provide excellent care and support on a daily basis as mam needs assistance from bed to wheelchair and various daily things she can’t do herself.
The work of the carers from Northside Homecare Services is the kind that they do not know what they’ll be presented with on each call every day and they show patience, kindness and empathy in their roles. The carers are very respectful in any situation presented to them.
We can’t recommend the Northside Homecare Services highly enough, because of their care and kindness we can get on with our lives knowing our mother is in the safest hands.

Daughter Clare O’Sullivan

On behalf of my husband, Tom and on my own behalf I want to thank you for the great service we are getting from Northside Homecare. As an elderly couple in our 80’s dealing with Tom’s long term illness – Parkinson’s Disease and CLL – you are helping our family and me to fulfil his dearest wish and ours, which is to keep him at home rather than having to seek nursing home care for him. Each of the carers you have assigned to us has shown him great respect and empathy in their dealings with him and also with me, and we are very appreciative and have come to consider them as our friends.
We look forward to having Tom with us and to having him enjoy a reasonable quality of life well into the future and to having his relationship with his carers help him to do so.
