Eamonn Dunne

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO for Northside Homecare Services (NHCS), Eamonn has employed his considerable business acumen to grow the company through successful mergers with Home Care North East Bay in 2014; KARE Social Services in 2017 and ASTER Family Support Services in 2021. He has led and delivered a programme of change which resulted in NHCS being the first homecare company in Ireland to achieve the ISO 9001 Quality Award, the Excellence Through People Award and Great Place to Work Award. Eamonn worked as Managing Director and General Manager for both commercial and not for profit organisations including the Cherry Orchard Community Training Centre the North Centre City Community Action Project. Eamonn possesses a Master’s in Business Administration (Honours) and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Institute of Architects and Surveyors and of the World Organisation of Building Officials. He also has a Certificate in Sage Accountancy and in Health and Safety.

Angie Morgan

Care Operations Manager

Angie has been working for NHCS since 1985 and excels in her role as Care Manager of services for young adults with disability and older persons requiring care to remain living in their own homes, as healthily as possible. Angie has a range of qualifications in care, leadership and management from FETAC Level 5 through to Level 8. She has a wealth of knowledge of our area, our clients and presenting needs. Always places the client first but staff welfare is a big priority at all times.

Marianne Healy

Head of Clinical Governance

Marianne is a Registered Public Health Nurse and worked as a Director of Public Health Nursing for 16 years in the HSE CHO9 Dublin North West. Marianne was Chairperson of the National Director of Public Health Nursing Forum from 2006 to 2014 providing professional leadership across Ireland and succeeded in submitting A Strategy or the Future of Public Health Nursing which was used to guide Primary Care Nursing development in the HSE. She was also Vice President of the Institute of Community Health Nursing from 2012 – 2015. Marianne joined Northside Homecare Services CLG as Head of Clinical Governance in 2017 and actively participates in driving quality care to all service users.

Enda E. Fullam

Head of Project Management

Enda brings a wealth of experience to her role as Head of Project Management with particular expertise in child protection, mental health and primary care services. Enda established Ireland’s first day assessment service, The Risk Assessment & Consultation Service (RACS) for emotionally disturbed children and young people and was instrumental in creating the HSE Children First e-Learning programme which is available free of charge to all. A Coru registered Social Worker, Enda joined the team in January 2021 and is working on exciting initiatives in health, sensory integration and company re-branding.

Patricia Dunne

CEO of Aster Family Support

Patricia has worked in the delivery of Family Support Services since 2006 and was appointed CEO of Aster Family Support Service in 2017. Patricia led on the delivery of supports through the National Family Resource Centre programme in 2018. Patricia holds an MA in Humanities and was instrumental in the successful merger of Aster Family Support Services in early 2021. As Head of Family Support Service, Patricia has implemented evidence-based programmes across the range of services.

Paul O’Sullivan

Head of Finance and IT

As the Head of Finance and IT, Paul is the “go to” person for financial and IT matters including planning, performance and decision making. He has over 30 years operational, commercial and services controllership experience in major multinationals as well as SMEs and NGO companies. Also working at Directorship level, he has been involved in numerous mergers including new systems and processes roll outs.

Adeleine Brien

Meals on Wheels Manager

Adeline worked for many years as a Health Care Assistant in the community and in a nursing home. She broadened her skills base working as a manager in a catering company before moving to open her own coffee shop. Adeline joined NHCS in 2015 following the merger with KARE and as Meals on Wheels Manager, Adeline manages a team of 15 Meals on Wheels staff and 140 volunteers.
